The Mehndi Order That Tested Our Patience and Promise

A few days ago, we received a mehndi booking where the client wanted our partner artist to arrive at 8 PM.
Now, at Plan Madi, while we always try to accommodate our clients’ requests, we also have one non-negotiable rule — our partners’ safety comes first.

After a gentle conversation, we convinced the client to shift the time to 6:30 PM,ensuring the work could start early and everyone would be safe heading back.
 

When Everything That Could Go Wrong… Did

Our partner left on time, fully prepared for the order. But Bangalore had other plans.
She got caught in heavy traffic — the kind that makes you question all your life choices, and then accidentally took a wrong route.

Minutes turned into hours, and despite her best efforts, she only managed to reach the client’s home around 8:30 PM, an hour later than even the original request.
