Every event starts with a story.
And this one began with a call that said.
Now, that sentence alone can make any planner break into a smile and a sweat.
Because tight budget, specific requirements, and Whitefield (yes, that Whitefield, Bangalore’s poshest corner) don’t usually play well together. But that’s exactly what made this event so special.
The client wanted something beautiful an open space where they could have decor, music, and a cozy gathering for just 15 people.
Simple? Not quite.
Most venues we spoke to either hosted 50–100 guests, didn’t allow outside decor, or charged a small fortune just for food, we’re talking ₹1200 per plate plus GST, with barely any menu flexibility.
Still, we kept going.
Our team spent two full days calling, texting, negotiating, and re-negotiating with over 25 venues across Whitefield.
Every “no” led us closer to a “yes.”
And finally, on the third day we found it.
An open-air space, perfect for 15 guests, with great food, friendly management, and a vibe that instantly felt right.
Originally, the client wanted a Mickey Mouse theme, but mid-planning, they changed their mind to Panda theme and honestly, we couldn’t be happier about that switch.
Black and white balloons, cute pandas everywhere, and a cake to match it all came together like a dream.
Our initial decorator’s quote went way over budget, so we reached out to another trusted partner who helped us recreate the entire panda setup, exactly as the client had imagined, but within budget.
Because at Plan Madi, creativity doesn’t have to come with a heavy price tag — it just needs the right team.
No birthday is complete without cake, and this one had an adorable panda-themed cake with matching cupcakes.
We reached out to our home bakers, who created not just picture-perfect desserts but also ensured they were free of refined ingredients a thoughtful touch for a baby’s big day.
Next came photography.
Our partner photographers stepped in with their usual magic and their sweetest gesture? Adjusting their prices to fit within the client’s budget so no moment went uncaptured.
When the day finally came, one of our Plan Madi team member reached the venue even before the client ensuring every balloon, table, and panda prop was in place.
From décor to dessert to photos, everything unfolded smoothly. The weather was perfect, the food was warm, and the smiles were endless.
And as the evening wrapped up, the client said something that made it all worth it:
That’s the moment we live for.
